DRESS CODE: All applicants who come to Congressional Country Club to fill out applications or be interviewed must be appropriately dressed according the Club's dress code. Proper attire is required at all times in the common areas in and around the Clubhouse. Sloppy or shabby jeans, cut offs, T-shirts, and torn or “excessively worn- looking” clothing are prohibited. Proper attire is required. All shirts must be tucked into slacks or shorts. ***Jeans or cargo pants or shorts, including designer pants and shorts with side pockets are not permitted.*** Shorts which stop at the knee and are no shorter than 5 inches above the knee are acceptable. Ladies may wear collarless shirts as long as they are conservatively tailored. String, halter-tops and tank tops, short-shorts or mini skirts are not allowed.

CADDIE POSITIONS

Caddie positions are independent contractors not hired by Congressional Country Club. Please do not contact the Congressional Human Resources Department about positions.

OUTSIDE OPERATIONS STAFF
Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD seeks Outside Operations staff. Seasonal Full Time and Part Time positions in the Bag Room/Driving Range/Cart Barn are available now through November 30th (weather permitting). Duties include assisting members and their guests, maintaining cleanliness of facility, monitoring course play, performing bag room duties, maintaining cart fleet of 145 carts, assisting with setting up tournament play, and maintaining practice facility. Golf experience a plus. Salary $8.00 and will provide uniform shirts. Ideal candidate will have good command of English, strong attention to detail, self-starter, ability to work a flexible schedule and a can-do attitude. Free meal per shift. Congressional Country Club is accepting applications for the following Fitness Center Positions.
- Full Time and Part Time Fitness Trainers. Morning and evening positions are available. 3-5 years experience and personal trainer certification required
- Part Time Fitness Center Receptionist. Morning and afternoon positions available on Saturdays and Sundays. Salary - $10.00 per hour. Must speak, write and understand English. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking members in, answering phones, providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness of facility.
- Group Exercise Fitness Instructors. 2-4 years teaching experience and a group fitness certification are required.
